Product Engineer

TechTree is a B2B SaaS company building software for businesses to create and manage subscription offerings. We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong engineering skills with a keen eye for design to help drive the next version of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Product and Design teams to shape priorities and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
• Participate in architecture discussions and write code to ensure our platform remains scalable and developer-friendly.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights that sharpen our product development process.
• Promote and maintain engineering best practices across the team to ensure consistent technical excellence.
• Communicate complex technical decisions clearly in terms of their impact on product outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of combined experience working as an engineer or product designer.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to select the right tools and stacks for specific project needs.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within cross-functional, lean startup environments.
• Ability to design and build robust solutions for complex systems while working across different teams.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Polish.
