Product Engineer

Autopilot is building a high-performance, AI-native Fintech Operating System designed to optimize cost and revenue for digital businesses. As a Product Engineer, you will own features end-to-end and play a key role in shaping the future of financial infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services using NodeJS and optimize database queries in PostgreSQL.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate on API design and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, well-tested code across the entire stack.
• Improve system observability, monitoring, and overall infrastructure performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product-focused engineering roles.
• Strong ownership mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, tRPC, and OpenAPI.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript for cross-functional development.
