Product Engineer (PM)

Search Atlas is an AI-native, all-in-one agentic marketing platform that is defining a new category in the industry. We are seeking a Product Engineer to take full ownership of a pod's output, combining strategic product management with deep technical execution to drive our platform forward.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for your pod by defining features, prioritizing high-leverage work, and protecting engineering focus.
• Write clear, problem-focused specifications and ensure every brief includes measurable success criteria.
• Participate in technical tasks, including reading the codebase, debugging independently, and shipping code when necessary.
• Manage end-to-end QA processes, including test plans, regression testing, release sign-off, and post-deployment monitoring.
• Maintain high velocity through fast decision-making, async-first communication, and clear project direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience within a B2B SaaS, startup, or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on technical background with the ability to navigate a full-stack codebase.
• Proficiency in reading Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, writing SQL, and understanding REST contracts.
• Proven experience in QA ownership, including structured bug reporting and release management.
• Daily fluency with AI coding tools and strong written communication skills.
