Product Director

Zone & Company Software Consulting LLC is the ERP-native AI platform for financial operations, purpose-built for organizations running on Oracle NetSuite. We are seeking a Director of Procure-to-Pay Product Suite to define, build, and scale our flagship platform, driving innovation and leading a high-performing team to deliver transformative solutions for global businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a bold, actionable product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite, aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Own and scale the product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows.
• Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights into data-driven product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to align vision and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with deep expertise in Accounts Payable automation and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the strategic priorities of CFOs.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market.
• Proven experience leading and developing product teams with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
