Product Director - Marketplace

Docplanner is seeking a visionary Product Director to lead our Marketplace division, focusing on the end-to-end experience for both doctors and patients. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for our global healthcare platform, ensuring seamless connections between patients and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and vision for the doctor-side PRM, visibility products, and pricing models.
• Drive the patient search-and-booking funnel to ensure a frictionless experience that turns intent into confirmed appointments.
• Implement an AI-first approach to search and booking, focusing on smarter matching and personalized recommendations.
• Lead product development with a founder-level ownership mindset to scale our marketplace globally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading product teams at a Lead or Director level.
• Proven track record of success in managing consumer or two-sided marketplace products at significant scale.
• Deep fluency in experimentation, funnel analytics, and growth loops.
• Demonstrated experience in shipping AI-driven product features to production environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
