Product Development Manager

Epiq is a values-driven organization seeking a talented engineering leader to join our team in the development and maintenance of Epiq Discovery, a premier eDiscovery platform. You will work with complex, global legal outcomes and large-scale data sets, contributing to meaningful work within a supportive, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross-disciplinary Agile development team, including React and Python developers, automation engineers, and product owners.
• Participate in architecture and design sessions to support the development of new platform features.
• Guide the personal and professional development of all team members across all specialisms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the product management team to define and refine the long-term platform roadmap.
• Hire, mentor, and retain talented software professionals across multiple functional areas.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a software leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive and approachable personality.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, architectural concepts, and associated terminology.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, preferably React.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
