Product Designer (UX/UI)

Job description

You will be:

• collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering to craft groundbreaking user experiences,
• understanding user problems and strategically identifying key opportunities that benefit both the user and our business,
• establishing and maintaining design systems, while understanding the project roadmap to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner,
• advocate for the user perspective,
• engaging with key stakeholders in the design process, demonstrating excellent client-facing skills,
• fostering a resilient design culture and inspiring the design team to strive for quality and excellence.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in creating innovative, user-friendly designs that significantly enhance user experience. This role is perfect for someone with commercial experience in other IT companies who enjoys and excels at collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Your profile:

• 5 years of commercial experience in a UI/UX or Product Designer role,
• comfortable working on complicated B2B, enterprise products. You need to prove experience in such projects to be considered,
• proficiency in Figma, knowledge of other design and prototyping tools is a plus,
• deep understanding of design systems with proven experience in building and maintaining them
• experience in design for various devices,
• practical knowledge about usability, information architecture, interaction design with examples of application in past projects,
• knowledge about accessibility standards,
• ability to work with business and technical stakeholders balancing the needs of the users and constraints,
• pro active approach to design,
• at least basic experience in conducting workshops (facilitator skills),
• languages: fluent English, Polish at least A1.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
