Product Designer (remote, Europe, 2-5 years of exp.)

Spacelift is the infrastructure orchestration platform built for the modern software era, managing the full lifecycle for both traditional IaC and AI-accelerated infrastructure. We are looking for a Product Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team and contribute to our mature product under the guidance of senior designers.

Key responsibilities

• Own well-scoped design work on mature product areas, including iterations, improvements, and polish.
• Turn defined problems into clear, production-ready interface designs with a focus on interaction and visual design.
• Contribute to user research by running focused interviews and usability checks alongside senior teammates.
• Use our design system fluently and collaborate closely with engineering and product management through implementation.
• Contribute design assets to product launches and releases while building technical fluency in DevOps and IaC workflows.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of product design experience, ideally on B2B or developer-facing products.
• Solid fundamentals in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design system practices.
• A portfolio showing shipped product work, design process, and visual craft.
• Clear communication skills and an openness to critique and professional growth.
• Comfortable using AI tools in your design workflow and fluent in English.
