Product Designer

RTB House is a leading global AdTech company specializing in performance-driven solutions powered by proprietary Deep Learning AI. We are currently seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and help create intuitive, scalable, and high-impact web interfaces for our complex platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end features for our platforms, managing the process from initial problem discovery and user flows to final implementation support and design QA.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and fellow designers to refine scopes and ensure high-quality interaction specifications.
• Maintain and expand our Design System in Figma, utilizing components, tokens, and auto-layouts to ensure visual consistency.
• Conduct comprehensive UX research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to drive product improvements.
• Optimize daily workflows and user interactions by effectively leveraging modern AI tools.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional design experience, with a minimum of 2 years working within a dedicated product team.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable, user-centered components.
• Proven experience in conducting UX research and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals to facilitate effective communication with frontend development teams.
• Fluency in English and a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities.
