Product Designer

Autopilot is building an AI-native Fintech Operating System designed to optimize cost and revenue for digital businesses. As a Product Designer, you will join a fast-moving team to own product experiences end-to-end and redefine UX in a complex, data-driven industry.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex financial logic and backend systems into intuitive user flows.
• Design dashboards, workflows, and visual systems for payments, orchestration, and automation.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma that aligns with React components.
• Collaborate closely with engineers on real-world UX states, including success, failure, and retry scenarios.
• Participate in product discussions to shape user journeys before pixels are drawn.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products with complex logic, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong product and systems thinking with a focus on workflows rather than just screens.
• Deep expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variants, Tokens, and Components.
• Ability to translate backend logic, APIs, and data models into coherent user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with engineers in an iterative environment.
