Product Designer

The Jito Foundation is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team and shape the future of JTX, our high-performance trading application built on Solana. As a key member of our small, agile team, you will have the autonomy to make impactful decisions and contribute directly to a product that has already achieved strong market fit.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX and UI for JTX across web and mobile platforms, covering order entry, market data, charts, and wallet flows.
• Take ownership of the full design process, from defining core problems to delivering final, polished interfaces.
• Maintain and evolve the design system and token library to ensure consistency and efficiency for our engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to iterate on features based on real-world user feedback and performance data.
• Support marketing design initiatives, including landing pages and social assets, as needed.

Requirements

• Strong product sense with the ability to articulate design decisions and solve complex hierarchy and clarity issues.
• Proven experience working across the full design spectrum, including research, UX, and UI.
• Fluency in Figma and hands-on experience working with token-based design systems.
• Proactive communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to provide and receive direct, constructive feedback.
• Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment while keeping the team aligned on critical product decisions.
