Product Designer (m/k)

Integral Solutions is an early-stage, venture-backed technology company dedicated to building innovative security solutions for modern applications and AI-powered systems. We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team of builders, helping us create impactful, user-centered experiences from the ground up for our diverse range of enterprise and technology-focused clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive product experiences, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes while contributing to the evolution of a scalable design system in Figma.
• Create compelling visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and industry events while maintaining visual consistency.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, quality, and continuous improvement are equally important.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure seamless execution from concept to implementation.
• Contribute to both strategic product decisions and hands-on visual design work across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience spanning both product design and visual/brand design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UX/UI capabilities, complex digital products, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, embracing ambiguity and taking ownership of projects.
