Product Designer, AI-Native Products (Staff-Level / L6)

Jobgether is seeking a Staff-level Product Designer to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to shaping the next generation of AI-native workplace experiences. In this role, you will lead the design of innovative products that transform how employees learn, collaborate, and interact with intelligent systems, ensuring that conversational AI and autonomous workflows are intuitive, trustworthy, and impactful.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design for major AI-native initiatives, from initial problem framing to final delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define the design vision and strategy for conversational and AI-powered experiences, ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to establish quality standards, prioritize opportunities, and align design decisions with business objectives.
• Design intuitive interaction patterns for agentic systems, balancing automation with user control, transparency, and trust.
• Prototype and validate emerging concepts through rapid experimentation and user testing to reduce uncertainty in complex environments.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and shipping complex, high-usage digital products at a senior or staff level.
• Proven expertise in designing AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or systems involving autonomous AI actions.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, supported by a portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution.
• Ability to translate ambiguous challenges into clear product direction and actionable design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate productive design reviews.
