Product Design Lead

We are looking for a Product Design Lead to own our design vision, manage a talented team, and deliver user-centered solutions that drive our business forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of product designers, ensuring project prioritization and high-quality execution.
• Mentor and inspire team members through regular critiques, coaching, and skill development.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing directly to key design projects while balancing leadership duties.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate strategic goals into user-friendly, scalable design solutions.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design while leveraging data and research to optimize user experiences.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in end-to-end product design and measurable impact.
• Proven experience leading and developing design teams, fostering collaboration and performance-driven growth.
• Expertise in UX/UI principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS, with a deep understanding of designing for trust and security.
