Product - Technical Product Manager

Aline is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the execution of high-impact system integrations across our platform. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and optimizing API-driven integrations that connect marketing, sales, clinical, and financial workflows within the senior living ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business workflows and stakeholder needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of API-based integrations, including defining data mappings, transformation logic, and authentication models.
• Partner closely with engineering teams on API design, architecture decisions, and system interactions to ensure scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide documentation, support implementation, and assist with troubleshooting post-launch issues.
• Leverage modern tools and AI-assisted workflows to analyze API documentation, identify edge cases, and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of delivering integrations between complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data exchange models with the ability to interpret technical documentation.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
