Producer (Film/TV/Digital/Live)

micro1 is seeking experienced Producers from the film, television, digital, or live event sectors to contribute to a specialized project focused on advancing AI evaluation. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by creating high-quality, real-world production scenarios that shape how models learn and reason.

Key responsibilities

• Design and author complex evaluation tasks that simulate realistic production-management scenarios, including budget reconciliation and scheduling.
• Source and curate authentic production artifacts such as contracts, call sheets, delivery schedules, and crew assignments.
• Develop detailed multi-item rubrics to evaluate nuanced decision-making and constraint management in production workflows.
• Document processes and workflows in precise English to ensure tasks are suitable for AI benchmarking and technical review.
• Collaborate with the project team to iterate on task design and ensure alignment with current industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of credited project experience in film, television, digital, or live event production.
• Direct responsibility for managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
• Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and crew while balancing time, cost, and resource constraints.
• Exceptional written communication skills with experience in crafting technical documentation or assessment tools.
• Ability to operate independently and proactively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
