Procurement/Vendor Manager

HiRO is a globally oriented, innovative clinical research organization providing a full range of cross-border solutions to biotech and pharmaceutical companies. We are currently seeking a Procurement/Vendor Manager to support our end-to-end procurement lifecycle and vendor management processes across our international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the negotiation, execution, and maintenance of NDAs, MSAs, and Statements of Work in collaboration with Legal and Operations teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard third-party vendors, strategic partners, and sub-CROs to meet specific study and corporate requirements.
• Act as the primary internal point of escalation for vendor-related issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and KPIs while supporting corrective action planning.
• Facilitate quarterly vendor governance meetings to ensure structured communication and documentation of risks and action items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or commercial operations within the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in supporting complex contract negotiations including MSAs and SOWs.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different regions and functions.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to process management.
