Process Manager/Auditor

Motorola Solutions is a global leader in public safety and enterprise security, dedicated to building technologies that help protect people, property, and places. We are currently seeking a Process Manager/Auditor to join our Data Protection team, where you will play a critical role in managing compliance certifications and ensuring our global products and services meet rigorous privacy and information security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the management of audit and certification processes for our global product portfolio.
• Facilitate daily compliance operations and assist in integrating new organizations into existing programs.
• Audit and monitor established controls to ensure regulatory alignment, preparing detailed reports and recommending procedural improvements.
• Develop and standardize compliance program materials, including templates and documentation, to ensure consistency.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for multi-framework compliance programs, leading training sessions and management reviews.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Data Processing, Information Security, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional experience, including two years of practical experience in compliance, information security, or auditing.
• Working knowledge of auditing principles, risk assessment processes, and industry frameworks such as ISO 27000, SOC2, NIST, or GDPR.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and perform data analysis.
• Proficiency in the Google Office suite and a willingness to obtain ISO 27001 Auditor certification within the first year of employment.
