Process Automation Lead (Employee Central)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the transformation of HR processes towards end-to-end digitalization with leading people experience in Employee Central
- Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ
- Identify automation opportunities: Analyze HR processes to find repetitive, manual tasks to automate
- Design workflows & rules: business rules, approval chains, and automated notifications in EC
- Concept integrations: Automate data flows between EC and payroll, time, benefits, or finance systems
- Test & validate: Run scenarios to ensure automations work correctly across different use cases
- Monitor & support: Set up dashboards, resolve automation issues, and train HR admins for ongoing use
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in leading Employee Central implementations for large-scale organizations, ideally in international, multi-country environments
- Strong background in designing global templates for data and business processes
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated ability in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
- Experience in vendor management, including coordination with external partners and service providers
Nice to have:
- Experience with OpenText
- German language skills
