Process & Project Manager (f/m/x)

We are seeking a hands-on Process Automation & Digitalisation Manager to simplify complex business processes and turn innovative ideas into practical, measurable solutions using automation, AI, and digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify bottlenecks, manual work, and improvement potential while developing scalable future-state processes.
• Design and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes using workflow automation, low-code, and AI technologies to validate ideas rapidly.
• Independently plan and deliver cross-functional projects from initial problem definition through to implementation and handover.
• Support business teams during the implementation of new solutions, coordinating training and adoption to ensure long-term effectiveness.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring ideas are translated into tangible results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in process management, digital transformation, operations excellence, or business analysis.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements or digital solutions rather than just documenting them.
• Practical experience with workflow automation, low-code, RPA, or AI platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Build, or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and deliver results with limited supervision.
• Excellent English language skills and a degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
