Privacy Annotation Specialist

Micro1 is seeking a dedicated Privacy Annotation Specialist to contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your professional legal and compliance expertise to ensure high-quality data labeling, directly influencing how AI models learn and reason within sensitive legal contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate sensitive legal documents to identify Personal Identifiable Information and confidential content.
• Utilize expertise in contract review and eDiscovery to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy.
• Validate OCR outputs to ensure data integrity within complex legal investigation workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal technology teams to uphold strict information governance standards.
• Conduct quality assurance audits on document batches to guarantee full regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in contract review, quality assurance, eDiscovery, or compliance processes.
• In-depth understanding of data privacy regulations and the identification of sensitive information.
• Proven experience as a Paralegal, Privacy Analyst, Information Governance Specialist, or Legal Document Review Lead.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data securely in high-stakes professional environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
