Principal UX Designer

We are looking for a Principal UX Designer to join our diverse team of professionals and help shape the future of digital innovation across various industries, including automotive, healthcare, and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design processes, from initial research and concept development to prototyping and final validation.
• Define product strategy for client engagements by applying outcome-oriented methods and hypothesis-driven design.
• Lead and mentor design teams, setting high quality standards for all deliverables.
• Act as an AI advocate, integrating AI-augmented workflows into design processes and identifying opportunities for AI adoption in client projects.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders at the management level to present concepts and drive business value.
• Contribute to presales activities, including the creation of design concepts and effort estimates for proposals.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably within a digital consulting or agency environment.
• Strong T-shaped profile with deep UX expertise and a solid understanding of UI, research, and service design.
• Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering complex digital products.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and active use of AI-augmented design tools.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect user needs with measurable business outcomes.
