Principal Solution Development Manager

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Solution Development Manager to join our Technical Advisory organization. In this role, you will orchestrate the end-to-end production of customer-facing content for our digital consulting platform, ensuring that implementation expertise is effectively captured, validated, and delivered to our enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full content production pipeline, from intake of requirements to final delivery.
• Source and coordinate a network of internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and contractors.
• Establish and maintain content briefs, production standards, and quality gates to ensure consistency.
• Plan and execute customer validation sessions to test content effectiveness and gather actionable feedback.
• Track and report on production throughput, identifying and resolving blockers across concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with product managers and go-to-market teams to align content with strategic business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content program management, professional services, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage content production involving diverse contributor types.
• Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers for product or content validation.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle parallel workstreams and competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, engineering, or a related field.
