Principal Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of new software solutions and components.
• Propose improvements to technical standards and delivery processes while collaborating with other Tech Leads.
• Facilitate collaboration with Product Owners to align product roadmaps and oversee solution implementation.
• Mentor software developers and quality analysts, providing support for code and test plan reviews.
• Monitor solution compliance with security requirements and assist with incident management and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with AI trends and frameworks, promoting the use of GenAI in daily development workflows.

Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in software projects within complex, global organizational environments.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Architect or Tech Lead applying Agile, DDD, microservices, and SOLID principles.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, Python, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, including Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business representatives.
