Principal Product Manager

emagine Polska is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of our agentic platform and core database capabilities. You will own the data layer that supports all applications and agents, defining how data sharing and automation accelerate software development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Runtime Data Model and associated AI initiatives.
• Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams by managing interdependencies and prioritizing work based on customer insights and engineering capacity.
• Lead the product side of the runtime engineering team to set direction, make trade-offs, and manage risks in customer deployments.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve product positioning and drive measurable outcomes throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within platform, SaaS, or enterprise software environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms with experience managing infrastructure products.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and coordinating complex cross-team initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using planning and prioritization tools such as Jira and Productboard.
