Principal Product Manager

airSlate is a global SaaS technology company specializing in no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. We are currently seeking a Principal Product Manager to join the pdfFiller team, which empowers over 10 million monthly users to create, edit, and manage documents efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own a product track end-to-end, including strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct evidence-led discovery by analyzing customer interviews, support insights, and behavioral data to define clear problem statements.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and make data-driven cases for investment.
• Partner with design and engineering leads to ship high-quality, stable, and secure product increments.
• Define KPIs, monitor funnels, and report progress, risks, and learnings to product leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least two years owning a self-serve SaaS product end-to-end.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable business outcomes such as conversion, activation, and retention.
• Strong experimentation practice, including designing A/B tests and interpreting results to drive product decisions.
• Proficiency in data analysis, including defining metrics and forming hypotheses independently.
• Experience with product-led growth strategies in high-volume self-serve funnels.
