Principal Knowledge Acquisition Analyst

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Knowledge Acquisition Analyst to join our Technical Advisory organization. In this role, you will design and operate scalable systems that capture and transform complex implementation expertise into structured, reusable, and customer-facing knowledge assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate AI-powered pipelines to capture knowledge from enterprise systems, meeting transcripts, and engagement artifacts.
• Manage and optimize AI agents, including prompt design, evaluation, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Define and track quality metrics such as accuracy and completeness to continuously improve pipeline performance.
• Convert raw, unstructured inputs into structured, template-aligned outputs that support AI-driven use cases like RAG and content generation.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to align data pipelines with platform models and governance standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in knowledge management, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience working with AI/LLM-based workflows in production environments.
• Strong background in designing data pipelines, structured capture, or transformation processes.
• Proficiency with AI operations, including prompt design, model monitoring, and vector databases.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams to build scalable systems.
