Principal Global Feasibility Lead - Sponsor-dedicated, EMEA

As a Principal Global Feasibility Lead, you will join a team of passionate problem solvers, working in a fully remote environment to shape solutions that impact patient lives globally.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage high-complexity RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas, proposing data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate proactively with Business Units, Medical Directors, and Business Development teams to resolve RFP challenges.
• Develop and deliver pre-award site-level feasibility assessments, including high-quality presentations and written reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support departmental management in achieving business objectives and developing group initiatives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, representing Global Feasibility in the development of systems and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in clinical feasibility, demonstrating the ability to work independently on complex assignments.
• Strong research skills using scientific literature, internal metrics, and analytical tools.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to coordinate work across multi-study assignments and alliance partnerships.
