Precision for Medicine is expanding its European team and is seeking an experienced Principal Database Programmer to join us in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee the programming aspects of clinical databases throughout the entire study lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality data management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage clinical database development, testing, implementation, and maintenance for assigned projects.
- Lead operational study teams and provide technical guidance to junior staff members.
- Develop, test, and validate programs to support client projects and third-party applications.
- Provide forecasting for project scope, timelines, and resource requirements while managing budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Management and EDC vendors, to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in clinical database management.
- Strong expertise in Oncology; experience with Autoimmune diseases is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Rave and Veeva systems, along with experience in Object Oriented Programming (C#, C++, VBS).
- Solid understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in English.
