Principal Content Model Lead

Autodesk is seeking a Principal Content Model Lead to join our Technical Advisory organization. You will play a pivotal role in building a scalable knowledge platform that transforms complex implementation expertise into structured, reusable, and customer-facing guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own content templates and structural standards across various artifact types such as user guides and playbooks.
• Establish clear patterns for how solutions are structured and presented to ensure consistency.
• Partner with Solution Development Managers to transform raw consulting knowledge into high-quality, platform-ready content.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure content structures align with platform data models and user experience requirements.
• Continuously refine templates based on production feedback to reduce fragmentation and improve system efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, knowledge management, or structured content systems.
• Proven ability to define content templates and frameworks at scale.
• Strong understanding of translating complex domain knowledge into clear, usable formats.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and domain experts.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, information science, business, or equivalent professional experience.
