Principal Commercial Data Architect

RITS Group is a rapidly growing IT company providing high-quality software development services for international markets. We are looking for a Principal Commercial Data Architect to join our team and help us build scalable, future-ready data ecosystems that drive business clarity and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and evolve a modern commercial data foundation supporting CRM, marketing automation, and order-to-cash processes.
• Define enterprise conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, and ontologies using Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Design real-time, event-driven data streaming patterns and API contracts to ensure seamless synchronization across systems.
• Establish semantic authority for AI-driven analytics by defining metrics, calculation logic, and data validation standards.
• Manage technical debt and modernize the data landscape by consolidating legacy silos into vendor-agnostic, future-proof patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Over 12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise data architecture, modeling, or solution architecture.
• Expert proficiency in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling across relational, dimensional, and graph structures.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial value streams, including sales, marketing, and customer support operations.
• Proven ability to design data backbones for multi-application ecosystems and experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
