Principal AI Solutions Consultant

DistantJob is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Consultant to join a healthcare organization specializing in Patient Support Programs. This contract role focuses on developing AI-powered automations and MVP solutions that streamline operations and enhance program visibility within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build a Trust Engagement Database using platforms like Notion or SharePoint.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and Copilot Agent assets, including prompt libraries and automated reporting dashboards.
• Prototype LLM-assisted triage workflows for classification and summarization tasks.
• Deliver reusable, well-documented components such as data models and deployment runbooks.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering production-ready automations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompts, or agent frameworks like Azure OpenAI or Copilot.
• Strong command of data modeling using Notion, Excel, and Microsoft Graph.
• Ability to ship MVPs on tight, sprint-based timelines.
• Background in pharma or healthcare is considered a significant advantage.
