Principal - Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM)

Infosys Consulting is seeking a Principal to join our Energy Practice, where you will lead large-scale Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) transformation programs for global energy firms. You will provide strategic direction, manage delivery teams, and ensure alignment with client objectives across complex trading, risk, and regulatory domains within an entrepreneurial and high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ETRM transformation programs and manage multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with client objectives across trading, risk, and regulatory domains.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across trading platforms and digital solutions.
• Manage client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance for complex projects.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in ETRM systems such as Endur and the full energy trading lifecycle.
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex project deliveries.
• Strong background in client engagement, solution architecture, and delivery governance.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring capabilities to foster team growth.
• Prior consulting experience with a focus on energy or power markets is highly valued.
