Presentation & Visual Designer

FYST is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and support our growth as a leading fintech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce a wide range of graphics while maintaining strict consistency with brand and style guidelines.
• Create custom visual elements, including icons and illustrations, that enhance our brand presence.
• Utilize professional design software to develop high-quality assets that meet specific technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with team members to understand project objectives and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our visual output remains innovative.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a designer, preferably within the fintech or high-risk industry sectors.
• High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Russian and at least an intermediate level of English.
