Premier Support Engineer (Nights/Weekends)

US Cloud is seeking a dedicated Premier Support Engineer to join our technical support team, focusing on assisting clients with the deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of complex Microsoft technologies. In this fully remote role, you will play a critical part in driving client success by resolving technical issues and contributing to service improvement initiatives across a wide range of Microsoft solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a consistent flow of fundamental to advanced-level technical tickets.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to drive ticket closure and share best practices.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery and prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients to address needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with Microsoft technologies.
• At least 3 years of hands-on proficiency with Windows Server environments.
• Advanced understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and DNS configurations.
• Demonstrated excellence in technical writing and documentation.
• Proven ability to excel and remain productive in a fully virtual work environment.
