PR Manager - Senior

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior PR Manager to join our global communications team and drive strategic initiatives across international B2B markets. You will be responsible for transforming complex technical topics into compelling narratives that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute comprehensive PR activities for products, campaigns, and strategic business initiatives.
• Create high-quality content including press releases, expert articles, interviews, and opinion pieces tailored to B2B audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international journalists, media outlets, and industry partners.
• Coordinate PR support for product launches, speaking opportunities, and executive visibility initiatives.
• Monitor PR performance and analyze campaign results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Marketing Communications within technology-driven industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2) and proficiency in Russian (B2 or higher).
• Proven track record in developing PR strategies, media relations, and reputation management.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, SEO, and business development teams.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse technical audiences.
