Powerpoint Specialist

micro1 is seeking experienced PowerPoint Specialists to join a dynamic project focused on training next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will leverage your professional business expertise to shape how AI models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input based on complex corporate scenarios.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks simulating professional environments found in Fortune 500 companies.
• Collaborate with advanced language models to create, edit, and refine Office Open XML files, with a primary focus on .pptx formats.
• Evaluate and compare LLM-generated deliverables, selecting the most accurate and effective results based on specific quality dimensions.
• Develop sophisticated prompts and workflows that require substantial business acumen to execute.
• Provide structured feedback and document observations to improve the AI's handling of real-world business documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in complex projects within top-tier consultancies or Fortune 500 organizations.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, complemented by strong skills in Excel and Word.
• Proven ability to develop projects across sectors such as finance, healthcare, consulting, or technology.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to formulate clear, actionable feedback.
• Experience in roles such as investment banking analyst, consultant, FP&A analyst, or marketing strategist is highly preferred.
