Power Platform Governance Lead (f/m/x)

Sii Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Power Platform Governance Lead to take ownership of the governance framework for the Power Platform environment. In this role, you will ensure platform integrity, regulatory compliance, and secure development at scale, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to shape robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the governance framework for the Power Platform environment across the organization.
• Define and enforce tenant-level governance policies using PPAC, the CoE Starter Kit, and Managed Platforms.
• Oversee environment strategy, licensing, capacity management, and ALM processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with security standards, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.
• Maintain the Center of Excellence and represent Power Platform in governance forums.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies, with a strong focus on Power Platform.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Power Platform Admin Center.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and complex system integrations.
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and platform governance principles.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced proficiency in English.
