Power Platform Developer - Copilot

Caspian One is seeking two skilled Power Platform and Copilot Studio Engineers to join a major project for a global financial services leader. This role focuses on the development, deployment, and support of production-grade AI agents, helping the organization scale its agentic AI capabilities from initial implementation to complex, high-risk use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement agent topics, triggers, actions, and connectors based on technical specifications.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources.
• Develop and configure Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components.
• Apply Microsoft Purview and governance principles to ensure data security and compliance.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and production monitoring of deployed solutions.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of commercial experience as a Power Platform Engineer or Developer.
• At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience delivering solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proven track record of deploying at least one Copilot Studio agent into a production environment.
• Strong expertise in SharePoint configuration, integration, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for governance, compliance, and data protection.
• Ability to translate detailed functional requirements into effective agent behavior.
