Power Platform Consultant (Copilot)

Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with RPA and/or Power Platform expertise who are eager to further develop their technical and consulting skills. You should be able to deliver solutions independently as well as work effectively within a team environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions and transforming business processes using the Power Platform.
• Building and maintaining Power Apps solutions (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
• Designing and implementing agentic solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio with a strong focus on low-code approaches.
• Integrating Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions with various business systems, leveraging REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related technologies.
• Providing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing automations and applications.
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, and translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Staying current with advancements in Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI technologies.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Proven experience implementing Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience creating agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• A strong track record of integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage end-to-end project delivery.
• Excellent English communication skills, with confidence in engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

• Experience with Autogen or the Microsoft Agent Framework.
• Familiarity with the .NET ecosystem.
• Practical scripting or coding skills in JavaScript or C# for custom connectors or UI customization.
• Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL, including schema design and performance tuning.
• Power Platform or Azure AI certifications (e.g., PL-200, AI-102).
• Experience facilitating technical workshops, hackathons, or training sessions.
