Power BI Developer with Data

MW Consulting is seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join a project for Avanade Poland. This role is perfect for professionals eager to grow their careers within the data domain, starting with Power BI development and gradually expanding their expertise towards Data Engineering in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gathering requirements directly from business and technical stakeholders to translate them into effective reporting solutions.
• Building robust data models and implementing business logic using DAX.
• Creating end-to-end Power BI solutions, from initial data analysis and model design to final report implementation and deployment.
• Optimizing report performance and ensuring adherence to best practices in dashboard development.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience working with Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and data modeling principles.
• Proven experience in building Power BI reports and dashboards independently from scratch.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher for daily communication.
