As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who is excited to work with modern data stacks, build meaningful dashboards, and contribute to data-driven decision making across high-growth organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Data Analysis & Visualization
  • Build interactive, insight-rich dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that help stakeholders make faster, smarter decisions.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• ETL & Data Engineering Support
  • Design and develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse systems.
  • Work within a Snowflake + DBT environment to ensure scalable, high-quality data pipelines.
  • Maintain rigorous data accuracy and integrity throughout the pipeline.
• Collaboration & Business Partnership
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their challenges and translate them into BI requirements.
  • Turn business needs into clear technical specifications and effective BI solutions.
• Dashboard Performance Optimization
  • Continuously enhance performance, scalability, and usability of dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to identify improvements and elevate BI standards.
• Documentation & Enablement
  • Create clear, well-structured documentation for dashboards, data models, and BI processes.
  • Train and support stakeholders to help them get the most value out of BI tools and insights.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay up to date on the latest best practices in Tableau, Power BI, and modern BI architectures.
  • Bring forward ideas to enhance our BI ecosystem, accelerate insights, and strengthen our data-driven culture.

What You Bring

• Strong experience as a BI Developer, with hands-on expertise in Power BI, min. 4 years.
• Tableau as nice to have.
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with ETL concepts and data warehousing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present complex data in a clear, visual way.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related area.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, reliable insights.
