Power BI Consultant

Red Global is looking for a skilled Power BI Consultant to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, transforming complex requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and challenge reporting requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Work with data from Databricks and various source systems to ensure consistent reporting.
• Implement complex KPI calculations, time intelligence, and planning-related logic.
• Support the development of business-oriented data models and a robust analytics layer.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Power BI development, including data modeling and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and reporting best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities.
