Power Apps Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with 5–10 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade business applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that automate business processes and enhance collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps).
• Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
• Build and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
• Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and provide production support.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed across Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5–10 years of IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online
• Experience building enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint customization, lists, libraries, permissions, and forms.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other business applications.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure Services.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution deployment, and CI/CD.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
