Polish Bilingual Expert

micro1 is seeking a Polish Bilingual Expert to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project. In this role, you will apply your linguistic expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to audio clips in Polish and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.
• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.
• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Polish language understanding and generation.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Polish, with a strong command of both spoken and written language.
• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, or audio engineering is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to articulate nuanced language differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
