PMO (Project Management Office)

emagine Polska is seeking a dedicated PMO professional to join our team and deliver high-quality project management services. You will play a key role in supporting our project delivery through structured methodologies, ensuring that complex initiatives are managed with precision and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Apply established project management principles and methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and manage project risks while handling changes effectively throughout the lifecycle.
• Structure complex projects into clear, actionable plans and comprehensive reports.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management, including facilitating workshops.
• Utilize professional PM tools to maintain project visibility and ensure high data integrity.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of project management principles, such as PMI/PMBOK or PRINCE2.
• Proven experience in planning, scheduling, and change management processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform variance and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in industry-standard PM tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to facilitate governance meetings and conduct thorough RAID reviews.
