PMO lead

Netguru is a trusted partner in digital commerce, helping leading brands modernize B2B solutions and retail ecosystems. We are looking for a PMO Lead to manage our team, streamline internal processes, and ensure our project delivery remains efficient and transparent.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring the PMO team to support Delivery and Sales departments effectively.
• Overseeing project reporting to ensure financials, status, and risks are clearly visible.
• Partnering with Delivery Managers and Project Managers to control budgets and mitigate project risks.
• Documenting and streamlining operational processes while identifying opportunities for automation.
• Managing the internal tool stack to ensure systems serve the needs of the team.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in project management or PMO roles within software development companies.
• Proven track record of building and leading a PMO team.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, project risk management, and contract compliance.
• Ability to balance structured processes with practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, enabling effective communication across all levels of the organization.
