Platforms/Infrastructure Engineer

N-iX is seeking an experienced Platforms/Infrastructure Engineer to join a global technology environment. You will be responsible for the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Azure and hybrid infrastructure platforms, acting as a subject-matter expert for complex system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure and secure landing zones.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID services, including RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access, and identity governance.
• Deploy infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell and Azure Automation Runbooks.
• Monitor platform health and performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Grafana.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional IT experience, with 3+ years focused on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) administration.
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise environments and ITIL-aligned operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and communication skills in English.
• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications are required for this role.
