Platform Engineering Team Leader

We are looking for a Platform Engineering Team Leader to guide our team in building robust infrastructure, automation, and developer experience solutions that empower our product teams to deliver value efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Ensuring development tasks meet established technical standards and coordinating team activities.
• Collaborating with other departments to design optimal solution architectures.
• Monitoring team progress, resolving technical issues, and mitigating development obstacles.
• Supporting team growth through mentoring, training, and regular 1:1 meetings.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a senior technical role and formal team management.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Java development.
• Deep knowledge of IaC, containerization, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience designing Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and implementing self-service tools.
• Practical knowledge of DORA metrics and experience working with distributed remote teams.
