Platform Engineer - Fintech/ Crypto

Incubly is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a mission-driven team supporting high-growth tech companies. You will work with a leading blockchain and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider to enhance developer experience, streamline CI/CD processes, and build robust, self-service platforms that enable engineering teams to ship code faster and more securely.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve the self-hosted GitHub Actions runner fleet and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance.
• Administer the JFrog Platform and manage artifact repositories, security policies, and container image hardening.
• Operate ArgoCD and Argo Rollouts environments to support GitOps-based progressive delivery.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Crossplane.
• Unify observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry to provide actionable platform insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, JFrog, and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go and deep understanding of Linux environments.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to build self-service tools and documentation for internal developers.
